Rental Information & Terms

Rentals have a fixed delivery fee of $170.50 regardless of size of items, amount of items, or day of week 

When paying delivery fee you are also paying for us to pick up the items ourselves

We deliver to the greater Syracuse, NY & surrounding areas. please inquire if you are outside of our delivery area to see if we are still able to offer delivery services.

Rentals may be picked up by customers to avoid delivery fees

Items must be returned by agreed upon time to avoid added fees

Some items require us to deliver and set up and cannot be picked up

Customers that return damaged items(or fail to return items at all) will be subject to full cost of replacing items

Please inquire if you would like to schedule a viewing of products before renting

Some items may require a deposit before booking

All rentals are subject to 8% Sales Tax unless paying in cash
